    1. [PAMERCER-L] Trade CD Lookups??
    2. I have WFT 1-7 and 13-17. I also have MD marriages. (8-12 will come out of next month's budget!) Oh..and SS death indexes. I will do limited lookups for people who have found their family using a search on familytreemaker.com. In other words, you need to be able to tell me WHICH CD and WHICH TREE your family is on. I AM IN GREAT NEED OF A LOOKUP on the OHIO 1850 census. I am looking for Mary Jane Kyle's parents. Mary Jane Kyle would have been 1 or 2 in 1850. Also, the 1850 PA, as I'm not entirely sure which state she came from. Mary Jane Kyle married Robert Clark McWhirter of Mercer. She was my great grandmother. And I'm staring at the proverbial brick wall with her!! ALSO NEED a lookup on the immigration records for John, Samuel and Alexander McWhirter and the McCune family who came with them from Co. Derry, Ulster, IRE in 1822, Amy McWhirter Hutton

    1. [PAMERCER-L] Franklin, Berrier, Ferguson, McNutt
    2. I am looking for a Berrier(Borger) family that lived in Mercer Co. in the period 1820 to 1850. John Berrier (Borger) was born in Poland and came to the US. He married Ann Ferguson and they had a family of several sons in Mercer Co. The last name may have been listed as Berrier or Borger, or possibly other variations. My great grandfather was Matthew Wilson Berrier, born in Mercer Co. in 1835, if my information is correct. He married Isobel Franklin, the daughter of William Franklin and Elizabeth McNutt. If anyone has information on these people, I would appreciate it. This is so far a dead end for me.

    1. [PAMERCER-L] Circus Update!
    2. Hi PA Cousins; I hope this finds all of you well and having luck in your research. I am writing today to tell you that I finally received the circus info on my WALDO ancestors from The Circus World Museum in Baraboo, WI and I am very pleased with it! There are copies of old Billboard articles, Circus Programs and some pix of Circus Posters. Everything that was sent had a cover sheet which is the front page of each publication from which it was obtained. It took about 6 wks. to get it but I am very pleased! I hope that some of you will request materials on your circus ancestors as well as its fun to see them and their act description printed in these old programs, besides I get a thrill thinking about how they probably carried these in their scrapbooks, sent them back to mom and were probably presented with them with requests to autograph by their young adoring fans! Gosk, it makes hungry for peanuts and cotton candy. May all you days be Circus Days! Patti Waldo Swaim P.S. Here the address/phone number for the museum: •Circus World Museum & Library; 426 Water Street, Baraboo, WI.53913 USA Tel: 608/356-8341 I spoke with Erin Foley who was very helpful. They prefer for you to send your request via snail mail but I did follow up with a phone call and another about 3 wks. later.

    1. [PAMERCER-L] McQuiston and Edwards family
    2. ecdavis
    3. Hi, I just joined this group. I'm trying to find information on the family listed below. Can any of you help? Seeking parents names and place of birth for Dorothy Elizabeth MCQUISTON and her husband Edward EDWARDS. Edwards was born in Wales or England and moved to Pennsylvania, where he was a railroad engineer. He died in January of 1883 in a train accident. Dorothy was 7 months pregnant with their child at the time of the accident and she moved to Kansas with her 3 brothers. One brother was Joseph, born 1860 in Pennsylvania. Dorothy was born in PA too (May 1846, died aft. 1900 in AR), as was her and Joseph's parents. I believe that the train accident on January 8th, 1883 in Chester County, Pennsylvania was the one which killed Edward, but I need more proof, such as newspaper accounts. Dorothy gave birth in Kansas to a daughter, May Florence Edwards on 4-4-1883, and May married Calvin Leroy Vaughan and lived in Madison County, Arkansas. Near her was her uncle Joseph and his family. Dorothy lived in Arkansas too and never remarried. I need ANY information on this family.
