Hi, I have just found my relatives that came to Mckeesport from the ship passenger lists at www.ellisislandrecords.com. It lists about 15 people that traveled together from a small villiage in Italy and it appears that they were all going to McKeesport to a house on Jerome Street. The year is 1913. I have searched the current maps but I cannot find Jerome Street. Another old reference I have lists that Jerome Street did exist in McKeesport and it was located near Fifth Avenue. Would someone be able to tell me about Jerome Street? Was this a common place for immigrants in the 1915 time period? Were the houses in that area large enough to handle 20+ people? Does anyone have pictures of this area? I would appreciate any information that you may have. Regards Anna
