HI Does anyone know the best way to find a birth in 1863, probably in McKeesport - I know the parents names, Arthur-- T. Arthur-- and Jesse M. IZOD and the child was also T. Arthur or Arthur T. IZOD.. I don't have an exact date however. What might be the best way to start? The parents were born in England and were American citizens in the 1870 census in Brooklyn NY.
