Dear Jim: Sadly the answer to your question of how many McKeesporter's are buried at Arlington National Cemetery is not obtainable. I just called them and was told that they don't keep any statistics on where these soldiers were born. The only address they keep is that of the next of kin who made the funeral arrangements. The Defense Department was of no help either. I was told that only if we had a specific name could they tell me if where and when a member of the Armed Services and Coast Guard was buried. As of 10:30 AM EDST there were 269,000 people buried at Arlington National Cemetery. 241,000 with grave markers and an additional 28,000 in the mausoleum for those who chose cremation. There will be 5 additional burials today making the grand total at of midnight tonight 6/1/2001 of 269,005 people buried at Arlington National Cemetery. Sorry I couldn't obtain statistics on either Pennsylvania, Allegheny Co., or McKeesport. Marc M. G. Stauffer
