In the 1880s the Russell Manufacturing of McKeesport made and sold varnish, ferrotype-plates, japanned-tin signs (used in photography), sheet-metal fenders, coal-vases and fancy brass goods. The Russell Manufacturing Company was organized in 1886, with W. E. Harrison, president, James S. Kuhn, secretary and treasurer, and George Russell, general manager. I was wondering if anyone knows of photos or examples of goods from the Russell Manufacturing Company. Would love to swap info. Judy Russell Bogart, GA
