Be advised that on the afternoon of Thursday, April 5, 1934, Dr. Thelma Dulaney, assisted by Mrs. Katharine "Aunt Katie" Kellerman Ulm, delivered a baby boy to Mrs. Ruth Ulm Parmiter in the front bedroom of the green shingled house at 1219 Ohio Avenue, Versailles Township, Allegheny County PA. It was a breech birth and the cord was wrapped around the baby's neck. When delivered, the baby was "blue" and was revived by Dr. Dulaney. He grew up to be almost normal, nut everything that was wrong with the child was blamed forevermore by his father James H. "Buster" Parmiter on Dr. Dulaney.. Dr. Dulaney always denied any responsibility for the final product. I was that baby. Aunt Katie was my grandmother.
