Hi Everyone, In my earlier message, I said that Louis "Buddy" Metzler graduated from McKeesport High School in 1948. I was looking at the wrong person's notes. He graduated either 1943 or quit school in 1944. He enlisted April 12 1944 and was a Private in the 417th Infantry Company C. He was killed Feb 7 1945. Thanks to everyone who has already replied and give me some wonderful ideas of where I might find information on Uncle Buddy.
