Hi Melodie, I can't tell you any history of "Renzie" Park, but I can tell you that I spent many hours at the pool as a teenager in McKeesport. I don't think the pool is there anymore though. We also had many family picnics there and lots of Fourth's of July were spent there watching the fireworks. There used to be a kiddie pool with the overhead spray that my daughter loved as a child. And the playground was great. They had day camps there in the summer. This was all in the 60's and 70's. The last time I was in Pa. we went to the International Village still held at the park every year. I was surprised to find that the Park is not like it used to be and saddened that the pool is gone.
