The Laughlin Family was connected with Menzie Dairy in the later years. The old "MENZIE" farm is now a retirement complex - no more draft horses - no more barn, nothing of the old days. I used to live down the road from the farm and loved watching the horses graze as we drove by. One of the Laughlin girls went to high school with me. They lived in White Oak Boro.
