No, the rules have not changed. I'm sure they will never start sending things by scanning them & sending them that way. The membership fees are the only source of income they have to keep the doors open. That's a small price to pay for the convenience of getting what you need preserved. It's unfortunate that you only could work there for a short time but it's better than not having them available. They had to microfilm all those newspapers themselves & continue to do so. The alternative is not to have the papers at all. The thing I object to is their circular marking ID right in the center of every page of data. That's quite objectionable in my opinion & have expressed that many times. Get's me no place so I try to do most census by other means when possible or move the data I need out of the way of the marking. Regards, Ellen
