SHAFFER, 79, of Memphis, formerly of Bradford, Pa., died Sunday at Germantown Community Hospital-Methodist East. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Homes, East Main Street, in Bradford with burial in McKean Memorial Park in Bradford. Mrs. Shaffer leaves a daughter, Alice Kroh of Germantown; two sons, Patrick Parks and Joseph Parks, both of Canyon Lake, Calif.; a sister, Alfreda Gregory of Lovington, N.M., six grandchildren and a great-grandson. The family requests any memorials be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.
