Arrangements are incomplete at Hollenbeck-Cahill Funeral Home in Bradford, Pa. Surviving are wife, Mrs. Angela Marie Feronti Vicere; daughters, Mrs. Patricia A. Wegner, Mrs. Victoria A. Guthrie, both of Greensboro; son, Albert A. Vicere of State College, Pa.; sisters, Mrs. Louise Drumm, Mrs. Anne Palmer, Mrs. Jerry Bizzaro, all of Bradford, Pa.; brother, Basil Vicere of Silver Spring, Md.; six grandchildren.
