Aloha list: I'm the great-great-great-grandson of Joab and Chloe Stafford, and I'm trying to get some information about the family. Here's what I know: Joab Stafford was born in Pennsylvania abt. 1818. Chloe (maiden name unknown) was born in NY abt. 1821. Henry M. Stafford, their first child, was born in PA in 1842. The family moved to Dryden, MI between 1842 and 1850. Records I have found indicate that Henry was born in McKean, PA. I think that probably means McKean Twp, not McKean County, but I can't be sure of that. Any information you might have about Joab, Chloe or Henry would be greatly appreciated. Geoff Stafford
