I'm beginning to think my ancestors came from under rocks. I'm particularly interested in a William Joseph Baxter. He told the story for many years until his death that the Baxter name was actually an adopted name and I can't prove one way or other. He was born 10/11/1865 and married about 1888 and had nine children one of who was my grndfthr George Charles. His wife was Mary Bell/Marybelle or Minnie as all called her.
