I have a death certificate back that states the woman Cynthia (nee Davis) ALLEN was buried in Port Allegany Cemetery. What exact cemetery would that be? And who would have the records because she is not listed in any cemetery in the cemetery books. She was born 1 Jan 1920 and died 8 May 1910 in Rixford, Otto Twp., McKean Co., Pennsylvania.
