Mary, That would probably be there BARBER brothers. They are buried in the Dunham Grove Cemetery with their father. As for famous, well, they are as close to famous as we have. They were captured and hung in Waverly, and then brought back here by their father for burial. Among much controversy at the time. There are several articles about them in print. Fayette County Genealogy in West Union may be able to help out more with some of that. To Pat, As to regards of bank records, I don't think you will find them. Banking records are not public records to my knowledge. At least I have not heard of such in this area.
