Does anyone know if English Center is in Lycoming Co., PA? Look for English Center in Pine Twp. On a PA map you should look on Rte 287 going north from Rte 220 (just east of Jersey Shore). It is very near the Tioga County border. Just a very small town and quite rural! Patsy Pifer
