My gr grandfather, William A. NICHOLS lived in Williamspoet in 1900 with a son , William T. NICHOLS. His wife, Martha M. had died since 1894 when she signed documents for securing a pension for the widow of Jacob Ezra NICHOLS, my grandfather and her son. Presumably she is buried in Williamsport, and so is William A. I am anxious to learn Martha's maiden name, William's parents' names. Doing genealogical search for my family, Virginia NICHOLS Metheny PS J. E, NICHOLS is buried in Reniff, NY . Died 13 Jan. 1894, buried 16 Jan. 1894. Both parents, Martha M. and William A. attended the funeral. Martha died before the 1900 census.
