I have been able to trace my relatives back to Lycoming County but have reached a dead end. I'm hoping someone can help me with these names. Samuel Scott born 1775 in Lycoming, married Abigail Mills born 16 Aug 1780 Pine Creek Twp, Lycoming. They were married on 15 July 1800. Thanks in advance for the help.
