Does anyone know of these familes from the Nipponose Twp-Batress Twp area? The Bower's I am looking for are the decendents of Christian Bower b. 1830 in Bavaria. Children Frank, (the wheelwright and buggymaker in Collomsville(my gg grandfather) b. 1858, his son Harry J. married a Elna Martha VonNeeda, and Edward G. (my g grandfather)married Margaret Nittinger(her mother was the Baierski.) Other children of Christian were Joseph, John, Lizzy, Mary, Anna and Emma(these 2 daughters might have been the same person either Anna or Emma). I don't know how many of you are from that area but if you are you probably knew my grandparents Edward F. his nickname was Goab. (Edward and Margaret's son)and Madeline Bower. She just recently passed in September. Any help tracking down this family would be great or any stories you might have if you knew of them. Thank you, Jaime Baumgardner
