    3. Thank you for the lookup! This is Charles's son Charles Jr. I now need to know how I can determine an exact date of death, get a death certificate and an Obit if possible. I am not familiar with this area of PA so any suggestions as to how to get about doing these 3 things would be greatly appreciated.     3. Tom, You can probably call the Clerks office in Williamsport, tell them who you are l;ooking for and they will help. Another suggestion is to look in the James V. Brown Lib. website, go to their online card catalog and look. They keep obits listed for that time frame.
