    3. Margaret, More power to you and your volunteers. Wouldn't it be great if a genealogy or history society in every county in the US would take on a project like this. Here in California, starting last January, many of the county records are being indexed for the pre 1905 death records. After this is finished the birth and marriage records will be worked depending on volunteers.
