    3. A lot of the local libraries now have the "Heritage Crest" census search on line on their web sites. You must go to your library and get a library card with a number they will assign to you. You then go to the your Library web site on line. Click on the Heritage Crest Search, type in your number and you can search the Census from your computer at home.
