Hello I was wondering if anyone in Luzerne County could help me. I have tried to get a copy of the death certificate of Antonette Dziedzic from PA Vital Records but they refused my application because I can not prove my relationship. I am only interested in finding out the names of her parents to see if I can tie her into my family. I think she is the aunt or cousin of my great grandfather, John Muniak. Here is the information that I have Antonette Dziedzic maiden name Gocek married in Cleveland, Ohio in 1910 to Stanislaw Dziedzic immigrated in 1907 born in Ropczyce, Poland in 1888 died 29 September 1990 last lived in Blakely or Hazleton (lived in Throop in 1920) Thank you to anyone who may be able to help me. The surety of Antoinette's Death Certificate having the parents' names is IMO quite low. I think your Antonette/Antoinete was the one in the SSDI born 1 May 1889 died 29 Sep 1990 with a last residence of Wetherly, Carbon County, PA Zip 18255. at age 101. SSN 206-40-2210 issed PA. Were any of her children living when she died? Her SS-5, SS application, would more likely to have her parents correctly. Since you have a birthplace (from the marriage record?)
