Alfred Shonk married Nora Barrett 28 Apr 1914 at St. Vincent's R.C. Church Parsonage. Both Alfred and Nora lived on Vine Street in Plymouth. By the 1930 census this couple was living in Detroit Michigan. Nora E. Barrett was the daughter of John and Ann (Quinn) Barrett. Nora's siblings were Catherine (Katie) Moscon of Colorado, Agnes Barrett, Patrick Barrett, Joseph Barrett, and Camellia Barrett. Nora and Alfred children were John born 1916 in Pa, Bernadine born in Pa in 1918, Alfred F Jr born in Pa in 1921, Thomas born in Colorado in 1925, and Patrick B. born in Michigan in 1927. I found an obit for Patrick he passed away in 2004. It said he had some nieces and nephews. Any one have any more info on this Shonk family or the other Barrett siblings?
