OSBORN. I'm hunting for information on the James OSBORN family. James bc1748 owned land in Exeter and was in the 1800 Census. He came from Sussex Co. NJ and his son James was born in Orange Co. NY July 1774. JamesOSBORN Sr. was a physician who treated Revolutionary War soldiers and later moved to around Sibley or Taylor. He was married to Asenath Brady(Broedie). His son James owned land in Tunkhannock and sold and moved to Delaware Co. OH between 1811 and 1817. I have been unable to locate where James and Asenath are buried. Are there any descendants of James OSBORN still in the area? Does anyone have knowledge of who James OSBORN Sr.'s parents might be or of the parents of Asenath Brady(Broedie)?
