June 20, 1939 At 4 o'clock this afternoon, Miss Josephine G. Diksa, daughter of Joseph Diksa of West Hazleton, and Dean A. Allison, of Berwick, son of Mrs. Bertha Allison, of Munhall, were married Rev. Father Vincent Nanorta, pastor of Ss. Peter's and Paul's R.C. church of this city. The bride wore a white marquisette gown over cable net, with a picture hat, and carried a coloial bouquet of white roses and gardenias. Mrs. Raymond Grontkowski, sister of the bride, was matron of honor and wore a peach marquisette gown, trimmed in aqua with matching accessories and a picture hat. John Ladigoskie, brother-in-law of the bride, was best man. Following the ceremony, the couple left on a two weeks' honeymoon. Miss Diksa is a graduate of the West Hazleton High School, Class of 1932, and is employed as clerk and secretary for the West Hazleton School District. Mr. Allison is manager of the W.T. Grant store in Berwick, and former manager of the Grant store in this city.
