I was wondering if someone might be able to assist me with a lookup in White Haven. First I am trying to determine which newspapers served White Haven in 1987. Does White Haven have their own newspaper and does the library have microfilm copies of this newspaper? I am looking to find an obit from June or July 1987. If anyone can attempt to locate this from the newspaper in White Haven, I can give them the exact month and name. I know the Hazleton Standard Speaker did not carry the obit. Also does anyone know how I can contact the Laurel Cemetery in White Haven? From what I understand, this is the only cemetery in White Haven. Thanks for all your help. Sincerely, Paula K
