Hello, I can't remember if I posted this or not - if so, here it is again. I'm looking for the family of Wingblad(e). Emil & Helen Wingblade had at least two children born in or around Newton, PA - Cecelia and Lydia around 1885 to 1895. There were two other children - Walter and Rosa - but I'm not sure where they were born. Does anyone have access to the 1880, 1890, or 1900 census for Luzerne Co.? Thank you. Priscilla
