    3. I did one for Lackawanna county from 1870 (when still a part of Luzerne) through 1920, it's on their web page. I am toying with doing the same for Luzerne. The problem is that it would have to start around 1790, and with all the counties that were formed from Luzerne, it could become very cumbersome. Incidentally I do have the list for 1900 Luzerne county, if you're interested in any particular location. -----Original Message----- From: NLyon@aol.com <NLyon@aol.com> To: PALUZERN-L@rootsweb.com <PALUZERN-L@rootsweb.com> Date: Thursday, February 08, 2001 3:27 PM Subject: [PALUZERN] Townships on the gov't census films >Hi all, > Now that more CD's are becoming available to buy, sure would lke somewhere >to have the townships that are on the rolls to be listed, wonder if someone >could look at one of the Historical Societies or somewhere and see is they >could be put on the website somewhere?? it would not be too many for the >early ones, but some of the later census have many rolls and its hard to know >what to buy because of what area they cover..unless I have just missed some >site that already has them listed?? > Just a thought but sure would help out :-) > Barbara Rentenbach > > >==== PALUZERN Mailing List ==== >Do you have access to information pertaining to Luzerne County and willing to do lookups to help others find their ancestors ?
