I found an entry in the 1996 PERSI Annual (Periodical Index), under the category "PA, Luzerne, History" for the above title. It was noted has having been published in 'Cathair Na Mart', Ireland, No. 16, 1996. Would anyone have access to this article, or suggest where I might find it?
