I received 4 obits from Osterhout last week for which I had the exact date of death but not exact date of obit. THe charge was $1.00/obit plus $1.00 for postage. If you don't have the exact date, perhaps someone locally will offer to look for it in the Wilkes-Barre City Directory. There are some death dates from city directories for various years on the Luzerne County web site. Perhaps you'll get lucky there. You can also try the Times Leader Newspaper Library (address below).
