Looking for information on Isaac DECKER's ancestors or descendants. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am willing to share what I have. I have found Isaac in the 1860 and 1870 census in Wyoming County. His third child was born in Ohio in 1849. I think they were in Ohio for sometime between 1846 and 1854.
