Michael Coyle born in County Cavan(location unknown)in 1803.Mary O'Neill born 1808. Michael came to U.S. in 1828.Unsure of when they married. They had at least 4 children-Matthew born 1837 in Utica, NY, Mary 1844 in PA, Michael W. 1846 in PA, John 1849 in PA. In the 1860's and 1870's they were in Wilkes Barre,PA. Matthew was a train conductor, married and had several children. He lived in Ashley. John was primarily a coal miner had about 10 children and lived in Wilkes-Barre. Michael W. married Jeanette McDonald in the 1870's. They had Jeanette born 1877,,Mary(AKA May) 1878,Bernadette 1882,Grace 1884,Ambrose 1884,Vincent 1887,Agnes 1889. Michael Coyle was a grocer in Wilkes-Barre for over twenty years. He died March 16,1902. Jeanette died in Sept. 1893. Ambrose moved to Pittsburgh living there until his death in Jan.1953. Mary/May died in W-B in late 1940's. I have not found any record of Jeanette or Vincent after 1905 W-B City Directory. Agnes was living in the family home 10 Lee Park Ave. in 1910 Census.
