I am researching the FAUX family in Luzerne Co., PA (along with other surnames). I just recently was given a photocopy of the memorial brochure given at the funeral of Emily Jane (FAUX) SMITH. Altho family members knew her as "Emma Jane" and her tombstone says, "Emma Jane" SMITH, her name evidently was "Emily" She was married to Willard SMITH. Supposedly they lived in Berwick. He was from Nanticoke, and she was from W. Nanticoke. Maybe the info below will help in providing another lead on my great great Aunt. Also- Is the funeral home mentioned still exist? Plus- Her Parents: Nathan M. FAUX and Elizabeth Jennie Her Siblings: Benjamin, Mary (m. Fred HAAS), Ella (m. KLINE & Miles COVERT), William (m. Amelia) and David (m. Anna), and their may have been others. Emily and Willard had no children.
