Andrew Penkunas, b. 1872, came from Lithuania with spouse, Kate Alanskas in 1904. They had two sons, John, b. 1904, and Joseph, b. 1909. Andrew was a coal miner in Scranton, and Pittston, possibly Wilkes-Barre. He died of influenza abt. 1916. Looking for d. date and burial place of Andrew. The family was Roman Catholic. Kate is head of household in Akron, Ohio in the 1920 census. Andrew and Kate's 1st son, John, changed his last name to Sherry. Will gladly share what little info I have on this family.
