In the US, Hazleton, PA 1920 census, there is an entry that indicates that the activity of an 18-year old girl was student in a reform school. I'm not sure about the "reform" but that's what it looks like. Did girls (in this case a woman) go to reform schools? If so, where was it located? June Nessler in Fortuna, CA 6610bj@humboldt1.com
