Does anyone know if there was a union that plumbers belonged to in the 1940's and 1950's. I am trying to find out information about my gr-grandparents and my grandfather. All I have is as follows: My gr-grandparents were: Joseph Westover b. abt. 1877 in Wilkes Barre, PA married about 1903 wife: Fannie B. Gilman b. abt. 1881, Wilkes Barre, PA child: Willard Robert Westover b. Aug 15, 1906, Kingston, PA They lived on Ritter Ave. Willard attended Kingston High School. Joseph was a plumber in 1947. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Valerie J. Murray, Tucson, AZ
Look for the website of AFL-CIO for the union question. Pat Scala g v c murray wrote: > Does anyone know if there was a union that plumbers belonged to in the > 1940's and 1950's.
