Born Jan. 16, 1943, in Wilkes-Barre, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Anna O'Keefe Kivler, and a graduate of Harter High School in West Nanticoke. Sister, Patricia Wanyo, preceded her in death. Surviving are sons, Michael R. Beshada, Atlee, Va.; Thomas Beshada, Mountain Top; daughter, Kathleen Avery, Nanticoke; grandchildren, Kandice Avery, Kyle Avery, Jaquelyn Avery, Thomas Beshada, Ryan Beshada, Lauren Beshada; brothers, Thomas Kivler, Sheatown; Daniel Kivler, Nuangola; sisters, Judith Kivler, Nanticoke; Ruth Platt, Tunkhannock; nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 10 from the Walter W. Lisman and Son Funeral Home, 233 S. Washington St., Wilkes-Barre.
