Hello List 1st of all PERSONAL MESSAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THIS LIST! Anyone posting personal emails (emails with any name in it) are subjected to removal from the list without further notice. 2nd Folkfinders is not on the list server nor is he tied to Luzerne county Genweb in anyway. He does use Ebay alot and has recieved many peoples email addresses through there. If you use ebay he may have gotten your email address through there or someone forwarding your list message to him. However, If you write him he will remove you from his mailings. 3rd Since folkfinder is a business and sells things for profit, those talking about his books and other items he sells he is advertising and is also against the guidelines of this list and you are subject to removal. These are ridiculous rules re: ebay and folkfinders. If I find something that may be of some genealogical interest to someone on one of my lists, I will post it on the list whether it be an ebay item, yahoo or from any other site. Many times, that person is grateful for the opportunity to purchase their family Bible, family photo, (or other item) that otherwise would be lost forever to them. I shall continue this practice. If you wish to remove me from your list, do so. You are only harming the family genealogists. Other lists are much less strict regarding such practice. Ease up.
