Does anyone have access to the 1880 or 1890 Census for Luzerne Co. I am looking for any information on the Wingblad family. I know Lydia Wingblad was born in Newton in 1888 and her sister, Cecelia (my grandmother) was probably born there too. Parents are Emil and Helen Wingblad. Any information would be helpful.
