HI List Members: Has anyone on the list read this book about the 162 early American linages of first settlers in this country and their decemdamts who pioneers in N.Pennsylvania and central N.Y. by Edward Coolbaugh 192p 1940 there may be some information on the Deckers of Elmira,N.Y. and the Webbs that they were married to. My GGrandfather,Samuel Webb,married one Olive Decker and their first child was born in Elmira,N.Y. They may have been married there.
