Children Mary (John Sullivan), Catherine (Martin Johanesson, Daniel Golden), Matilda (John Dodson), Sarah (Piotr Sorensen) were born and/or wed in Luzerne County between 1860 and 1880. James' siblings were Catherine (b abt 1845 m Thomas REILY), Edward (b abt 1844), John (b abt 1839), Patrick (b abt 1842), Thomas (b abt 1838). James and Mary traveled to MO and IL between 1861 and 1865, and to CT, where they stayed from 1875-81, before returning to Luzerne County. James died about 1887 and Mary wed Patrick BOLAND in Pittston in 1890, then moving permanently to CT.
