Does anyone have access to the 1870 or 1880 Census for Luzerne Co.? I am looking for Emil & Helen Wingblade and children Cecelia, Lydia, Rose and Walter. I know Cecelia and Lydia were born in Newton, PA 1885 to 1890. Any information on this family would be appreciated. Thank you. Priscilla
