Dr INGHAM was born in Dublin, Ireland of English parentage, in 1810. His parents came to this country in 1823 and located in Philadelphia, where the deceased was educated. He studied medicine but after graduating and practicing a short time learned civil engineering, which pursuit he followed up to within the more recent years. In 1839 he was married to Miss LUCY VERNETT, of New London, Conn, who survives him. Three children are living: WILLIAM INGHAM, city engineer, Miss LUCY, and Miss MARY. The funeral will take place Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock At her home in Rocksdale, MADELINE CETARICI, aunt of Mrs NETTIE BETTERLY aged 79 years and 6 months.
