Hi: My paternal grandfather ANTONY URBAN was married to my grandmother MICHALINA DZIEWECKI at St. Peter and Pauls church in Plains, PA on 24 June 1898. He was an immigrant from Lithuania. She was from Poland. For some reason her name on the marriage license docket was listed as Michelena Shif. She had come to this country when she was eight years old. Anthony's parent's names are ADAM URBAN and FILIMAY DOVIDAS. I do not believe that they came to the U.S. I have identified all of Anthony's and Michalina's descendents however I have no information as to brothers or sisters for either. I have found Dovidas cousins but have not connected them to Filimay Dovidas. My maternal grandfather is ANDREW PIWOWARCZYK he was married to my grandmother VICTORIA MELESKA. After his death she married his brother PETER PIW0WARCZYK. Andrew died in the 1920's. Victoria died in 1936. They lived in the Wilkes-Barre area of Pennsylvania. She may have had a sister living in Philadelphia. I have identified all of their descendents. I have arrived at the inevitable stonewall in Lithuania and Poland. Any help would be appreciated.
