Vardaman Heath who married Millie Frances Palmertree. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Winona Times Winona, MS May 24, 2012 Deceased Name: Virginia Louise Mullen Heath DUCK HILL -- Funeral services for Virginia Louise Heath of Duck Hill were at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 21, at Eskridge Baptist Church in Eskridge, with burial following in Eskridge Cemetery. Rev. Terry Corley and Rev. Pete Heath officiated the services. Visitation was on Monday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Mrs. Heath died at her residence on Friday, May 18. She was 93 years old. Mrs. Heath was the daughter of the late Arthur and Nancy Norris Mullen and the widow of the late Granville Heath. She worked as a licensed practical nurse at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital until 1985, and was a member of Eskridge Baptist Church. She enjoyed fellowship with her church family and also enjoyed painting, crocheting, and working crossword puzzles. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Patridge and Rebecca Adams; and a son-in-law, Joe Curington. Survivors include two daughters, Sylvia Louise Heyboer and her husband, Paul, and Sonya Curington; one brother, Willard Mullen; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Paul Heyboer, Mike Taylor, Mac Curington, Jacob Curington, Ryan Curington, and Mike Taylor, Jr. Honorary pallbearers were Heath Alldread and Bill Curington. Memorial contributions may be made to Eskridge Baptist Church, Hays Creek Baptist Church, or the Alzheimer's Association. Oliver Funeral Home of Winona handled the arrangements.
