    3. *Billie Jean Hovas **(**September 4, 1931 - **April 3, 2013) *Funeral services for Billie Jean Hovas of Coldwater, formerly of Kilmichael, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 6, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Brad Herod officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until service time, at Oliver Funeral Home. Mrs. Hovas died of renal failure at North Oak Regional Medical Center in Senatobia on Wednesday, April 3. She was 81 years old. Mrs. Hovas was the daughter of the late Luther and Hilda Williamson Cross and the widow of the late Odell Hovas. She was a former Tate County school bus driver and an aide for the Senatobia Convalescent Center. She loved sewing and crafting and enjoyed bowling. She was a Baptist. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Andrews; and a son, Michael Hovas. Survivors include three daughters, Margie Rutherford of Coldwater, Linda Biggers of Ripley, Terri Hovas of Coldwater; one son, Jimmy Hovas of Eudora; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren -- Donna Kay Cross Griffin
