Services will be at 3 p.m. today at National Funeral Home with burial in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. She was a member of Clarksdale Baptist Church. Mrs. Lowe, the widow of Doyle H. Lowe, leaves a daughter, Linda Smith of Clarksdale; a sister, Lois Farrish of Belmont, two grandchildren and a great-grandchild. And her first husband was named William Napoleon Scrivner, and yes, those are their children buried with him at Pine Bluff Baptist, Montgomery, MS.
