Mr. Fagan was born February 8, 1942 in Purcell, OK to Willie Ann Palmertree and Arthur Lee Fagan. He married "Kathy" Betty Kathleen (Taylor) Fagan. He was a carpenter and a truck driver. He was a Jehovah's Witness. Funeral services for Mr. Fagan were held Saturday, October 25, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall in Bowie with Bro. Eddy Pate officiating. Surviving relatives include: his wife, "Kathy" Betty Kathleen (Taylor) Fagan; one daughter, Connie Lee Fagan, MN; two sons, John Wesley Fagan, OK and Mark Andrew Fagan, TX; six sisters, Ruth Miller, IN, Terrie Adams, TX, Ima Jean (Tiny) Owan, TX, JoAnn O'Neal, OK, Wanda Witson, OK and Katherine Hall, IN; two brothers, Arthur Fagan, CO, and Loyd Perdue, OK; seven grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers included: John and Mark Fagan, Chris and Matt Fletcher, Charles Elmore and Floyd Taylor. 2. Robert Doyle Ruppe (Lisa Ruppe are you on here? can you give us info on Robert Doyle?) The other one was probably while we were gone in the Air Force. Several years got away from me back then. But I will check and get back to you. (Unless they are divorced, I would imagine so.
